ICE AGE 2: THE MELTDOWN (2006) ** The computer graphic imaging is tremendous-most real animals (including me) can't move as gracefully as the depicted varmints. Several scenes are very funny. The problem is that there's not enough to distract you from the obvious and brutal reality that they don't have a plot, that it's all going nowhere, and that good intentions take you only so far. Queen Latifah is the best of the voice talent, and she's pretty good, but pretty good's pretty much the best of it all around.
