THE INCREDIBLE MR. LIMPET (1964) * Great premise (Don Knotts is too wimpy to serve in the US Navy, so he turns into a fish and detects Nazi submarines for them) fails for lack of science: at the time their computer graphics couldn't morph Knotts, so you end up with a Don Knotts movie without much Knotts, and a cartoon fish instead. Also, nothing is well done about it. Unintentionally funny choir ("be careful, be careful" or something like that as he's about to fall in and become a fish) is by far the best part.
